1978 Triumph Dolomite Sprint Model History :- Manufactured from 1973 until 1979, this was the first British production saloon with a 16v engine and was the product of several evolutions of the Dolomite range. The Sprint was also a very competitive racing saloon car in its time and is still raced by enthusiasts today. The Dolomite Sprint holds its own in modern traffic with a respectable 0-60 time of 8.9 seconds.
