Morris Oxford Series 3 Built in 1957, this car was saved from the crusher in the eighties and restored by Darren's grandfather "Stan" of East Leake. He used it for his daily transport from about 1986 until he died in 2002 when Darren of Sileby inherited it. Darren has kept it on the road since on a rolling restoration basis and has even used it for his own wedding car! "Stan" would be proud eh! Some major bodywork repairs were carried out last year including rebuilding both rear wheel arches & a total respray. The car has featured a couple of times in magazines since then. The car has a 1500cc engine, column gear change and leather bench seats front & rear.
