Morris Oxford Series 3

Built in 1957, this car was saved from the crusher in the eighties and restored by Darren's grandfather "Stan" of East Leake. He used it for his daily transport from about 1986 until he died in 2002 when Darren of Sileby inherited it. Although the body work isn't what is once was Darren has kept it on the road and has even used it for his own wedding car!

"Stan" would be proud eh!

Some major bodywork repairs is planned over the next year  including rebuilding both rear wheel arches & a total respray.

The car has a 1500cc engine, column gear change and leather bench seats front & rear.
